It doesn’t matter what your age, Switzerland County has fun for all. Come on down to the Paul Ogle Riverfront Park and enjoy the view. Launch your boat, kayak, or jet ski out on the Ohio River. While the kids play on the up-to-date playground, parents or grandparents can take in the view of both Indiana and Kentucky.

Bring a basketball and shoot some hoops or don some walking shoes and take a few laps around the scenic park. Grab a bite to eat in town or bring a picnic basket and dine at one of the park picnic tables.

From May to October enjoy secluded riverfront camping spaces at the east end of the park. All electric hookups and water available.

To experience more of Switzerland County, take a driving tour along any of our scenic country roads, where you’ll view magnificent barns, historic houses, beautiful farmland and lots of wildlife and domestic animals. It’s fun for the whole family!

If you want to explore further, pick up a Walking Tour map at the Visitors Center on Main Street.
